In crafting this tower, the primary challenge was ensuring that both structures, while under the same developer, Ellington, didn't appear redundant or unrelated, thereby safeguarding the branding and sales strategies for both towers.

The signature villa draws inspiration from the sophistication of Cohiba cigars, embodying a seamless blend of luxury and comfort. Its design philosophy revolves around promoting a sense of wellbeing through earthy materials and natural elements, such as panoramic windows and organic shapes.
